Last month, Fox Searchlight gave us a little teaser to get us excited for Taika Waititi‘s (Thor Ragnarok) newest project. Today, we get a full trailer look at this anti-hate satire. Jojo Rabbit tells the story of a young boy in Hitler’s army, who finds out his mother is hiding a Jewish girl in their home. The film stars Scarlett Johansson, Roman Griffin Davis, Thomasin McKenzie and Taika Waititi himself – who plays Adolf.
The film will have its world premiere later this week at Toronto International Film Festival. American audiences don’t have to wait that long to watch it in cinemas, since its release date is October 18. Jojo Rabbit‘s further release schedule starts on December 26 in Australia, to then roll out all through January in every other country.
